The complex behind there, several towers of the same design, is the Four Seasons Place where you find the Conrad hotel and several restaurants.
A large number of the high rises in Bangkok are either hotels or apartment complexes, and a majority of these has swimming pools. I have wondered how many pools there are total in Bangkok - this picture is just a part of the inner city.
