The Bayoke II Tower is with its 84 floors the highest building in Bangkok. There is a charge for taking the elevator up to this observation deck where the picture is taken.
There are 2 or 3 restaurants and a hotel in the tower, which is situated behind the Indra Regent Hotel in Pratunam, Ratchaprarop road. If you are unfamiliar with Bangkok, you can take a taxi up Ratchaprarop from the World Trade Center - which you can reach by BTS train, Chidlom station on the Sukhumvit line.
